Soon a very complete book about colour is published. In this publication is an article of mine titled -Slow Colours-. Colour plays an important role in almost every aspect of our daily lives. From the moment we wake up until we go to bed colour makes, consciously or unconsciously, an integral part of our lives and our environment.

The publication in -Colour in Time- contains contributions from leading experts from various disciplines such as Lidewij Edelkoort, Akiko Fukai, Rem Koolhaas and Gert Staal. Irma Boom is the book designer. The publisher is ArtEZ Press and the Sikkens Foundation .

On October 14, 2010 is in the Tropenmuseum in Amsterdam, the international symposium COLOUR AT TIME. During the symposium the publication will be presented. The symposium is free, the number of places is limited. Subscribe: c.demuijnck@artez.nl.
