Judith Bokhoven (speech therapist & Groen Links leader Rotterdam) and www.uva.nl Petra Brouwer] (UVA, Faculty of Humanities, Department of Art History) were in March our guests. Petra is engaged in architecture in relation to the character of a city or country. The identity of Rotterdam was logically the theme of the evening. Rotterdam is good and bad image. On the one hand we go on with demolishing and build new structures. We seem to have a strange relationship with post-war architecture and urbanism. Simultaneously Rotterdam has a high rank with especially new projects in interesting lists in various media.

Judith and Petra respectively shared political and scientific knowledge about the city. The discussion was about the physical environment and look at the organization of the city. Both ladies had good stories about their experiences and interesting future ideas.

The food at Huson was again delicious!
